Lightweight, easy to use, and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to get setup, and it doesn't hog my computer's resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs I'd like to see gone. Nothing awful, but just little things you'll find as you work. I've shared my feedback with the Hiver team and they've addressed my concerns, but time will tell if they act on those fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling emails and setting reminders for emails is very useful. It helps me manage my inbox more effectively.
hiver is a must-have for teams
What do you like best about the product?
We can now see what the other teammates are working on and what is the actual status of that case. Everyone can sort his own to-do-list and has an overview all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
That has nothing to do with hiver directly - its more the way that apps work in gsuite. I would prefer if we could install hiver on the main accont and no matter on which pc/browser/whatever you work on mails it should be active without installing it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we see which teammate is working on a case. If another opinion is needed or it might be interesting we can mark that person with a lable. It is also nice for a boss to easy tell the employees who should take specific cases/mails.

I like the send later function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are a constant barrage and interruption to my workflow. Hiver makes them easier to manage with great functional ability
Works exactly as described, very helpful for sharing emails.
What do you like best about the product?
I tried out several shared label email extensions, and Hiver worked the best for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few problems setting it up initially, but they were my fault and the Hiver team was very quick to help me out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to share labels to provide customer support as our company grows. This has led to better organization by dividing up the emails among different inboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my sales person no longer has to remember to forward important emails to me. Having Hiver sync the emails to me (including replies) is a huge time saver.

Not much. Only minor issue is that sometimes it takes a minute for the emails to sync between users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep track of our sales / support process, we like to be able to see the email conversation between our staff and our customers. Hiver allows us to seamlessly monitor all our staff's inboxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out ... it's not for everyone, but it definitely solves our need. And it was the only product that we could find that would "sync emails between accounts."
Hiver has made working as an Executive/Personal Assistant much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that emails can be sent to me, that I can answer, but that others can leave notes about what it is they're looking for me to say, or how to respond. It saves the team a lot of time since I can focus on the repetitive emails we get quite often, but if there's something I need to know, they can leave me a quick note.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I had was in the very beginning where my employer and I had both signed up separately and so we had a little hiccup in the beginning trying to see the notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for quicker email responses. More efficient. Frees up time for many.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the notes section. It really helps, especially if someone new is stepping in. There they can see why certain emails were responded to the way they were and that helps keep "the voice" of your company consistent.
Hiver is a great tool to keep the team in sync
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has revolutionised the way that every team member is always in the loop and knows what is going on. Further it acts as an archive on every team members gmail, so everyone is able to look up information from the project conversation with the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasion, the labels gets mixed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing video production. Hiver is helping us having the whole up to date with every turn the project takes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a low price, it is a simple product but has made a huge difference for us.
