Customizable Reporting, Challenges with Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sage Intacct is constantly adding new features that are genuinely useful. The AI functions significantly reduce manual work, making the process much more efficient. I find the reporting feature easy to use, which is essential for my multi-entity construction company. I love how I can customize the reporting to display the information we want our leadership to see, and I can send this information easily. The cleaner and customizable reporting really stands out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle with two third party integrations bill.com and BuildOps

Sage Intacct reduces manual work with AI functions, offers cleaner and customizable reporting, and allows easy customization for leadership insights.
Automates Repetitive Tasks, Needs Better Bank Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the rule-based setup and the automation it brings to the system in Sage Intacct. It helps by automating a lot of basic and repetitive tasks into something more cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sage Intacct could improve its bank feed features. Banks that are supported do not bring over transactions, which means those have to be manually imported and that takes time. Also, the initial setup of Sage Intacct was not easy at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to automate basic and repetitive tasks into a more cohesive system. I like the rule-based setup and the automation it brings.
Effortless Finance Reporting with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can pull any report with easy access, which is really helpful. I also enjoy the dashboards. Sage Intacct helps run the numbers we need quickly and keeps everything organized. It was easy learning everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
How transactions sync from Bill automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to run finance department reports and budgets. It helps run the numbers quickly and keeps everything organized.

I like that Sage offers more precise recording and provides emissions options that fit my clients’ needs.

The custom report options are difficult to access, and it’s hard to figure out how to use them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to learn but robust enough to handle complexity and allow enough granularity to account for and report at the level that we need.

It's not always the prettiest interface and report building can be difficult to understand.

They're our one stop accounting solution and the main hub for all our financial data. They integrate well with the other tools that help us drive efficiency.

The system looks outdated and I think it could improve cosmetically.

Easy Estimates and Simple Invoicing in Sage
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create estimates and send them to customers to be reviewed and approved. Invoicing is also simple in Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability for customers to review an estimate and easily approve it within the estimate view page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily have templates and create recurring invoices that I would otherwise be recreating monthly, so it is a big time saver for me.
User-Friendly UI with Seamless, Easy-to-Read Payslip Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is very user-friendly and easily navigable. I can also seamlessly review payslips with information displayed in an easy to read format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor integration with third-party tools. It doesn’t sync smoothly with other software unless I rely on manual workarounds, and the API capabilities feel limited compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is very good, especially for reporting and visibility. It helps me generate financial reports much more quickly than doing everything manually in spreadsheets, and it gives management clearer visibility into costs and cashflow. It also makes it easier to consolidate reporting across multiple entities or departments.
