What do you like best about the product?

Conga Composer helped me automate the creation of personalized documents directly from CRM data, saving time and making less errors and keeping them consistent

What do you dislike about the product?

In the beginning Conga Composer was difficult to configure and maintain, especially for advanced document templates, requiring significant Salesforce and administrator expertise

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of manually creating business documents by automatically generating accurate, personalized documents from system data, helping users save time, reduce errors, and improve productivity

What do you like best about the product?

I like the fact that Composer is tightly integrated into Salesforce and the integration is seamless enough that the whole layer is completely transparent to the user. Pricing is not an issue at the moment because we are on a bundled package, but this might change in the future. No complaints about the performance and the support is outstanding. UI/UX is as an end user is not an issue since its transparent, but for a composer admin, it could be better, especially with the parts around using MS Office to create templates, which is always a bugbear. No comments on AI.

What do you dislike about the product?

Using MS Office to create templates - always a headache working on tables, mergefields and adjusting spacing. Also, I always forget where do I get the mergefields to add to templates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating contracts and invoices is a breeze. Also appreciate the tables, queries and conditional formatting within templates. Ability to configure custom buttons is also a great feature

What do you like best about the product?

I like that it’s fairly easy to update existing templates by simply replacing the template file with an updated version. We use it with Salesforce, and all we have to do is replace the file on the template object; everything else then updates automatically for any documents generated going forward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike how difficult it is to create entirely new templates in Salesforce. There are several slightly confusing steps, and it often requires creating multiple records just to set up a single template, including adding a button on the Salesforce record so you can use that template to generate new documents. That said, once everything is set up, updating existing templates is super easy and worth the complicated setup.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It lets us generate official documents from templates that pull our production data from existing Salesforce records. When we need to update a Salesforce record, we simply make the change and, with the press of a button, generate a new, updated document.

What do you like best about the product?

Conga Composer saves a lot of time by automatically creating documents from Salesforce data. It helps reduce manual errors, keeps documents consistent, and makes it easy to generate things like quotes, contracts, and proposals with just a few clicks. It can be a bit complex to set up, but once its running, it's a huge time saver.

What do you dislike about the product?

The setup can be pretty complicated, especially for more advanced templates. It also takes some time to learn, and troubleshooting can be frustrating when something doesn't work as expected. Once it's set up though, it works really well

Time Saveing: Sales and admin teams can generate precise, error free documents in secconds, giving them more time to focus on high value tasks.

Brand Consistancy: Documents instantly pull relevent, up to date customer and pricing data from Salesforce into pre-approved, branded corprate templates.

Flexable Output Formats: Generate and share files in a variety of widely used formats, including DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF and HTML.

Streamlined Approvals and Signing: Integrates effortlesly with solutions like Conga Sign to route documents, track engagment, and capture signatures rapidly.

Platform Agnostic API: Beyond Salesforce, it offers an API to pull data from almost any system of record to standerdize document generation across your entire organisation

What do you dislike about the product?

Pretty steep learning curve, complex setup and difficult to adapt, and quite high price tag compared to other providers. System can sometimes run slowly with heavy document generation. Support is good, but scales with tiers.. I have not used their AI functions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves manual, error-prone document creation by automating the generation of quotes, contracts, and proposals directly from CRM systems. Helps with manual data entry and inconsistent branding as well.

What do you like best about the product?

The level of integration with Salesforce is naturally the softwares strongest suit. I think that is where the savings and time investment returns accumulate the most. Everything is standardized and optimized to be consistent and functional across different doc types. I supported users of the platform so had various interaction / feedback directly about the tooling.

What do you dislike about the product?

From my use case at a previous employer, I heavily disliked the UI/UX. It felt cluttered and archaic but that has potentially changed in recent years.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saved me time in troubleshooting technical terminology and formatting. Especially document structure issues e.g. PDFs or excel etc. the permission set management is excellent as well and has saved employees time.

What do you like best about the product?

The speed and accuracy of proposal generation. It saves valuable time and costly resources. I no longer need to create my own templates - they can be auto populated.

What do you dislike about the product?

The cost is fairly high, but it’s not the highest on the market. I wish technical support was easier to access. I wish it was offered on Mac operating system.

Conga is helping me to streamline my daily workflow by automating the basic tasks of bulk document generation, and checking my document for errors. I utilize the template library when needed.

It saves me a lot of time by automating tasks and helps unify our internal templates. I like the ease of pulling different data and reports from various sources, and Conga compiles it for me effortlessly, which is a great help with complex data processing. Instead of having multiple windows and reports open, Conga acts like a smart assistant and eliminates lots of human errors. The initial setup was very easy, straightforward, and user-friendly.
