What do you like best about the product?
I like SAS Customer Dta Platform due to its capability to collect , organize and manage data from various sources.
Also, the feature that it provides are advanced that meet our organization's requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be alittle expensive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage and organize the data of our clients as per our requirement which is time saving and is easy to manage .

What do you like best about the product?
First thing that I like about SAS Customer Data Platform is that the user can deliver use cases very fast for markrting strategy. It is easy to use and has user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about this product is that it doesn't support all cloud providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage our customer's data efficiently which saves alot of our time and manage work accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like SAS Customer Data Platform as it is super friendly, easy to navigate and wonderful platform to create custom build reports. It is really helpful in generating and arranging the data for the management.

Overall the product is amazing and there is nothing to dislike about it.

SAS Customer Data Platform helps an organization to arrange and manage data for its users convinence and keeping data alligned accurately.

It is really easy to use and move around in, and it is fantastic tool for making specialized reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface as well as coding capabilities were really intuitive. The provision to incorporate SQL scripts were helpful as well. The process to load and extract data was top notch as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were not many things to dislike. The coding syntax were a little hard to learn. There can also be a provision for auto completing (suggestions) the code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAS Customer helps to provide easy access to customer relationship management softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved there interface and the features about the analytical purpose. It does not only provide a easy understanding UI but also enable us to make data driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was amazing and there is nothing about dislike but....they could improve their UI and tabs so that a novice user can easily get comfortable with it....

Overall it was amazing and very handy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for my college project where I performed data driven decision making to give it a touch with real life expectations. ... And yes, it improved our key of decision making and overall accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is highly valued for its extensive customer analytics and marketing capabilities, empowering businesses to acquire valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions that elevate customer experiences and foster business growth
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything about SAS customer intelligence 360...but the UI can be improvised a little bit more.

Overall the experience and platform was awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I actually used it for analytics purpose of my dataset and to make data driven decision after analysing it.

It actually improved the accuracy of my project and give it a good base.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using SAS CI 360, we did not have discovery data. Customer interaction and insights has become an interval ingredient to delivering success at our organistion that we have embedded these insights into driving complex models to providing the best offer to our customers at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task creation feature could use some work to be more user friendly to non HTML experts. Some times it is best to alter email designs/functions using HTML however once converted to HTML the EDM task cannot be editted via the GUI. This creates a need for HTML experts to edit the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify and understand a customers behaviour on our web pages. We have also leveraged SAS RTDM to help deploy data via spots on a page so customers have a unique offer always available for them.
