What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with existing On Premise architectures and older SAS products gives the advantage of having a modern platform in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative comments. Everything seems to me to be correct and I can't draw any criticism.

It is adapted to all the needs we have, so it solves any problem you may have

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helped us in reducing lot of manual work at our end and now we can focus more on campaign analysis. This tool helped in improving paid campaigns revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very expensive for our business currently compare to other tools available in the market. Although it gives high performance but many small businesses of Cimpress has very tight budget who cannot afford this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating campaign planning, selecting target audience , cohorts for email campaigns and generating essential report required by business stakeholders. Time efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Can collect customer behaviour across a range of digital environments. Monitor views, interactions and customer journeys. Customizable data collection, but still staying GDPR compliant
What do you dislike about the product?
Take time to learn how to use it. It could be a bit more user-friendly. Wish I could customize the visualizations more to make it easier to display data. Start up cost is high relative for small and medium sized firms.

Helps us with making more accurate and reliable predictive models when it comes to marketing and customer insight strategies. In general helps us work smarter with digital data.

I dislike the fact that SAS 360 can be difficult to learn and use, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the software. Additionally, the cost associated with the software can be quite high and may not be feasible for some organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
SaaS Marketing Automation tool that cuts down on the time it takes to create and send emails. It's very intuitive and definitely worth the money! The AI-powered technology does a great job at generating personalized subject lines and copies for me, so I don't even have to think about it
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that would make the service better would be an integration with [another software].

This is a great marketing automation tool that helps me schedule emails and creates unsubscribe links to help nurture leads.
