Robust Log Monitoring Made Simple, with Room for AI Growth

    Reviewed on Oct 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Coralogix is robust when ingesting data and showing information, and simple to use with an abstraction around Elasticsearch and OpenSearch. I use the dashboard and AI bot to find events in our cloud accounts and visualize migration processes and their statuses. The initial setup was very convenient: I just stored the credentials and used them with OpenTelemetry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like the AI bot to help me create dashboards. Currently, it only runs queries and doesn’t help me end-to-end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coralogix to aggregate logs from different accounts, alert on conditions in the stored data, and prioritize logs by severity.

Unified Logs, Metrics & Traces with Real-Time AI Insights and Responsive Support

    Reviewed on Oct 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
how it brings logs, metrics, and traces together in one place, making it easier to understand what’s happening across our systems. The real-time insights and AI-powered features help speed up troubleshooting and reduce the time spent investigating issues. Overall, it makes observability more efficient and helps the team focus on solving problems rather than just analyzing data. UI is also user friendly with great performance. We have integrated with cloudwatch. Colalogix support is also very responsive. I would say its good ROI
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the learning curve, especially for new users who are getting familiar with the platform. Some dashboards and configurations can take time to understand, and navigating large amounts of data can occasionally feel overwhelming. Simplifying the initial setup and making some advanced features more intuitive would make the overall experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the challenge of monitoring complex systems and troubleshooting issues quickly. Instead of switching between different tools to analyze logs, metrics, and traces, we can get a more complete picture of what's happening in one place. This makes it easier to identify the root cause of issues, reduce downtime, and improve overall system performance. It also saves the team time and helps us make better decisions using real-time insights.

Reliable Real-Time Alerts and Effortless Log-to-Trace Correlation

    Reviewed on Oct 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the reliability of the streaming data pipeline. Getting real-time alerts without latency issues helps us catch production bugs immediately. The interface makes it incredibly simple to correlate logs with tracing data during active incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience slow performance and delayed log fetching when working with large volumes of data, and the main logs UI can feel cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When an outage or performance bug occurs, engineers waste valuable time digging through millions of disconnected logs across different systems to find the root cause. The benefits is that Coralogix automatically clusters logs into common patterns and flags anomalies using machine learning. This lets our engineering team catch system errors instantly, lowering our Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and keeping application uptime high.

Intuitive UI and Powerful Centralized Logging with Smooth MCP Integration

    Reviewed on Oct 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Coralogix is our central logging system, and it helps us quickly filter and search through logs across multiple microservices. It handles large volumes of logs well and makes it easy to narrow down what we need.

The MCP server provided by Coralogix is what makes it especially useful for us. We use it in day-to-day debugging with our AI tools, and with the MCP server it integrates smoothly into our AI workloads. Support has also been great; they’re always ready to help and respond quickly.

That said, they still need to enhance their AI offerings. It would be nice if it could detect certain issues just from logs across services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The archive log tier is slow. Maybe it is how it supposed to be but not sure. Also sometime the UI is laggy. Overall the product is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us as a central logging system of our whole product. Easy to view and dig through logs

Clear Alerts, Easy Integration, and Great Query Support

    Reviewed on Oct 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Clear alerts, with good and easy integration. Query support is great as well, which makes it simpler to find what I need and work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many alerts. There should be a provision to club or group some of the alerts together so they’re easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive segregated alerts based on priority, which makes it easier to decide what needs to be fixed first.

Affordable Log Management with Flexible Features

    Reviewed on Oct 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find Coralogix to be very flexible with tons of features, which is great. It's also very cheap for long retention logs. I appreciate the free search feature, especially after switching from AWS CloudWatch, which was crazy expensive. Coralogix makes it easy to search through all logs. I like how any AI agent, including Coralogix's own, assists in building queries without needing to learn complex query syntax.
What do you dislike about the product?
The query syntax in Coralogix seems complicated, although using AI agents makes it easier to build queries without having to learn the syntax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix makes it easy to search through all logs with a simple SIEM and offers flexibility with tons of features. It's very cheap for long-term log retention and has free search functionality, unlike AWS Cloudwatch, which is costly. Plus, its AI agent simplifies complex query syntax.

Coralogix Elevates Data Insights and Security

    Reviewed on Oct 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Coralogix understands and visualizes our data insights, which is something we couldn't easily build on our own. We really rely on it because the data is very accurate and its predictions are reliable. It's also helpful in identifying deviations in our data, which significantly improves our overall accuracy. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy using the documentation available on the site, allowing us to start using it smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Coralogix at some instances needs more understanding of the data, which it cannot due to limitations on how I can interact with the Coralogix model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coralogix for insights on our transaction data, helping predict future trends, identify anomalies, and enhance security while ensuring data accuracy, improving our overall safety and operations.

User-Friendly Observability Platform with Strong Performance and Helpful Support

    Reviewed on Oct 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix as a overall tool is good tool to on-board as it provides a single platform to have logs, metrics & traces for all of your application. The UI is much user-friendly and easy to navigate through functionalities. The intergration to Coralogix is also quite simple either through simple UI steps or using OpenTelemetry.
Overall, the performance of tools is great as it provides support for any issues and also release new features on regular basis.
Its Olly AI feature is also quite good as it get trained on the data set you have so it replies based on that.
Pricing per unit seems to be ok & also they have a feature of pay-as-you-go which gives enough buffer you run out of credits/units.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coralogix, as a tool overall, is very useful. I don’t see many issues with it; however, it would be even better with certain integrations—for example, being able to use AI with different LLMs instead of relying on just one.

Also, they don’t have their own agent that can be used with AWS services or Kubernetes services, which could be helpful during integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix is solving many problems for us. It’s a single platform where we ship our logs, metrics, and traces, so it becomes the one place we use to cover our monitoring and observability needs. It’s also affordable, which means we don’t have to onboard a third-party tool for other requirements. On top of that, it keeps improving day by day and is increasingly covering everything we need for both infrastructure and application monitoring.

    Effective Monitoring with Minor Frustrations

    Reviewed on Oct 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of providing raw logs from a variety of sources to Coralogix, such as using OTEL log capture or API logging endpoints. This flexibility helps us aggregate logs from diverse systems for better monitoring. Creating dashboards is really easy too, which speeds up getting the job done and gives quick feedback for our processes. Coralogix alerting is also simple and effective, making it an essential feature for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the new log viewer really challenging compared to the classic one. It's essential for identifying new signals, and I end up using the classic version more often. There's also the issue with the base language differences between Lucene and Dataprime, which complicates modeling dashboards and alerting. It’s frustrating because a query that works in log viewing doesn’t necessarily translate to dashboards or alerts. Additionally, the filter options don’t narrow down based on existing filters, which makes it hard to use, especially because I'd expect to see only relevant attributes when applying filters. It would be hugely beneficial if the lookup list filtered attributes based on previous filters. Lastly, the new alerting and event management have potential, but there's not enough guidance on how to use them effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix aggregates application logs and service health signals, ensuring timely notifications of failures. It allows us to send logs from diverse systems, create dashboards for quick feedback, and has effective alerting.
