Best Element EDR solution by WithSecure
What do you like best about the product?
WithSecure Elements Endpoint Detection and response is an amazing security solution which is helping us in protecting from malwares and spam bots by immediately detecting and take appropriate action against such threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration of EDR portal is little complex which requires advanced training, Reporting panel can be redesign to be more informational. Support services can be improved further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WithSecure Elements EDR is helping us in tightened our Infra security from the external cyber attacks which is impacting badly to the most of the critical infrastructure. It is helping in building trust relationship with our customer so that their personal data is secured with us with highly secured systems.

Centralised point of easy access - shows an easy breakdown of malware points on devices - extremely easy to control user devices eg; isolating them from the company for safety.ng the to:

The filters are often quite finicky, there should be more preset profile setups and the general layout is somewhat confusing it takes time to get used to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues this has resolved has been managing a large number of devices and a number of companies within a centralised point, the drop down menu or changing companies has made this easier.

The best thing about EDR is that it is in same platform with other products and the GUI is easy to navigate

Would like to whitelist some actions, because they are mainly false positive alerts but causes too much "noise"

EDR keeps our clients monitored of unwanted programs and behaviour
Best about the F-Secure
What do you like best about the product?
F-Secure has lightweight agents which consume less memory compared to other AVs in the market. F-secure is one of the best AVs we have used so far. The GUI, Endpoint detection does has very powerful full AI-based detecting the threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced any problem with F-secure. So far so good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem-solving post-F-Secure having is a safe environment as compared to AV. The centralised GUI has Rich Colours which makes the UI of F-Secure is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Over All Experience with the F-secure is very awesome. The F-secure AV provides us high-end security with a Great GUI and agent also lightweight. it's consuming minimal memory space compared to other AVs in the market.

Nothing, Just perfect for our organization as its meeting all our requirements
