What do you like best about the product?
tracking capability, linking correspondence with contacts, deal functionality, snippets
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of text capability associated with account. have to use 3rd party vendor for text-Cerizon One Talk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of correspondence, contacts, schedule, follow up tasks. This frees up time for me to be available for clients and to complete other tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it allows me to track my sales and see when they're up or down, which helps me predict what kind of sales I'll make each month. I enjoy the reporting feature for tracking my sales month over month. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very easy, which was a plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty robust tool, so it takes time to understand and learn all pieces of it, and I just haven't had time to learn all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track my customers and sales, with reports helping me maintain customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a CRM for our clients. It helps me track activity and follow up requirements efficiently. I like being able to add tabs or import CSVs, which is handy for organizing information. The deal feature is useful, especially as I navigate through adding client details. The initial setup was easy because the admin handled it, making it a smooth transition from using a spreadsheet and a website. I also appreciate its integration with dialing and email, which streamlines communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of complicated to understand at first. It would be improved if there's like an AI chatbot in HubSpot directly. It would be easier to ask AI to assist you in finding the information you're looking for than going to the search button which gives you a lot of options that cause confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track activity and follow-ups for clients, improving how I manage our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX experience is good, with solid performance and an interface that’s easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There shouldn’t be an option to edit the call logs or the email logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get a clear overview of all my deals in one place, and it also solves the problem of having to keep separate notes to track every deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to email leads one by one, but now all of that happens automatically, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Plus, I can see when they engage and tell which sequences are performing best.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use HubSpot Sales Hub for streamlining our sales processes and managing customer relationships more effectively. It helps our sales team with tracking leads, automating follow-ups, and analyzing sales performance. I like that it makes it easier for us to manage our pipelines, due dates, and set automations for helping us get on top of our work. These features make it valuable as we are not losing leads like we used to because they were getting lost in a long list that we couldn't properly manage on our old system. The automations also allow us to reduce administration work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboards really restricting. They were a big reason why we went with HubSpot Sales Hub, hoping for better reporting on our leads and costs. But the dashboard filters can't be locked as global filters; they reset all the time and can't only be applied to specific reports within the dashboard. This means setting up reports for different divisions individually, which is tough, especially because HubSpot was pitched as a tool that offers amazing insights but is lacking due to these dashboard limitations. Also, the initial setup was extremely challenging because of integration issues with Simpro and the misleading guidance from our HubSpot partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way HubSpot Sales Hub keeps us organized and how we can leverage AI to really accelerate our workflows. The ability to query and enrich our information is very valuable when we're preparing for our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that HubSpot could do a better job of integrating with our data infrastructure. It would be nice if we had an easier ingestion pipeline for information on HubSpot. Currently, having these data sources speak to each other more easily is the main gap we have in our system.

What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable for each account. Can add Different options for creating a customer profile. Can attach sales deals and tasks accordingly. Can integrate with AP systems like quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of features. I understand Hubspot can offer education for using the sales features but the overcustomization could be challenging to navigate.

Maintaining emails (gmail integration), summary of each customer account, tracking where the customer is at in the sales pipeline.
