What do you like best about the product?
MSP based Backup Software, choose your own Cloud location, NAS, Amazon, Microsoft, you don't get stuck using a Certain Location, Software works with almost any computer/Server. All webbased!
I like they have Offsite Backup and Local Backup Baked in to one Product!
I like one clean interface to check for Backup Faliures.

There Support Team is Top Notch and will often improve product based off of Emails I send out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had monthly billing per seat used instead of Yearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am providing Cloud Bases Disaster Recovery services for my Clients, Cloudberry is something i Require on all my Clients Servers before i Will take the account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give the software a test and see if it will work in your environment, After us testing in house for a while we went 100% and switched all our clients over to it

What do you like best about the product?
Okay, this software works too well. It is awesome software! I have installed it on two servers and it is working perfectly. I can’t wait to start working with the image capability and bootable USB. The interface is clean and simple. There are all of the options needed to succeed in backups. It is easy to provision to the cloud and easy to buy the license. When you break the price down monthly, it is well worth and great value. This solution well save us big now and in the future. Thanks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like this software and have no dislikes. Request, if it does not exist would be a basic home version of settings that can be downloaded by customers or a build option for this if it is not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups that succeed and not fail. Reporting in detail on success or failure of backups. Monitoring customers backups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try this software for free and then decide if it is your solution. You will not regret it.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing and product information is easily accessible on their website. The product is also extremely easy to use and is a great value for the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't appear to be an easy way to submit a tax exemption form in their checkout process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offsite backups.
Easy to Make Plan Backup
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, in less than 10 minutes I have all my backup plan working
What do you dislike about the product?
backup files and sql server files are separated or in different products or version, It maybe be integrated in one product, it is

make backups on a server environment windows server 2012 r2
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is very trusted software, to make backups
Elegant, powerful, streamlined, straightforward. Pain-free backup of TBs of data.
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, intuitive, rock solid, great value. Works with your choice of cloud provider - I use BackBlaze and it's seamless. Handles large (TBs) shares with ease. Chain backup plans - no more estimated scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It is the first backup software I have ever used that I feel confident with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security and peace of mind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're like me you explored cheap options for cloud backup. I was never confident of any of them, don't waste your time. This software works.
Excellent SMB backup utility
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive solution with a lot of capability, but a very short learning curve. Integration with multiple Cloud providers is straightforward, and configuration of the utility is well-guided by their wizards. Yet the application does not leave you feeling like it's lacking in features. The GUI has been well-designed to provide all of the critical information readily, and I never feel like I need to hunt for basic status details like whether any errors were encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a tier between Server and Ultimate. I need more than 1TB of management for our office File Server, without the SQL and Exchange support.
Because the wizards are very good the documentation is minimal, and so answers often require going to the forum or support. Support has been excellent, but it is valuable to have that maintenance coverage and not try to get by on forums alone if you have critical services using the service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
off-site archival of critical company back-ups.
Personal backup made it easy and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool and functions are pretty impressive. Integrated with so many storage system they will have the one you use right now.
It monitors files in real time, so you don't really have to worry about scheduling jobs to backup your data.
Even if you are a basic user, you will understand how to setup things quickly for your computer, but it also allows you to tweak settings if you know what you are doing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation on amount of data you can backup with the free versions, and it's very expensive to upgrade for a personal user.
When using with Backblaze B2, you have to create multiple "account" for each buckets you use. Could be a bit time consuming to setup but on the other hand it does make sense as it allows you to change the "Backup Storage" without changing the actual settings for the backup itself.
I would love to see some "local to local" backup options to synchronize multiple computers in one place within the network so that I don't have to use other software to do that.
Also, being able to backup a mobile device would be great. The idea is to just have one software for everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just need to backup the data in the cloud, and archive things in case of failure of a computer or hard drive in the home network.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out on the data limitations when backing things up. You could end up trying to backup Terabytes of data with the free limited version and so realize that you wasted your time because it cannot backup everything you need.
solves my problems!
What do you like best about the product?
TONS of options, configurable, fast, works with multiple providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - interface can be cluttered a little bit but that's mostly a function of it being very modular and (hopefully)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linux client was important to us, as well as being agnostic to which cloud provider was used.
Good option for migrating Crash Plan users
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to use my Amazon Drive. I mainly back up pictures, which do not count towards my storage space on Amazon Drive. Then I can use any of my mobile devices with my Amazon apps installed to access the data. This is a perfect solution for me since CrashPlan shut down their home edition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really found anything that I want to be different so far, but I've only been testing it for a few days testing one backup from my Drobo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the other home use or cheaper back options did not allow to backup a NAS. Considering I need this to back up a large amount of pictures (+1TB) on a Drobo, using CloudBerry and Amazon Drive is a perfect combo
