What do you like best about the product?
License harvesting with CloudEagle.ai is effortless. The platform automates the process, making it easy to identify underutilized licenses quickly. This has led to significant cost savings and better resource allocation. It’s great to have such a user-friendly tool that delivers real results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it’s been a fantastic tool. If there’s anything I’d like to see improved, it would be a bit more customization in the license harvesting recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has streamlined the management and reclamation of software licenses. By automating the identification of underutilized licenses, we can reclaim those licenses using harvesting
workflows that would otherwise go to waste. This reduces unnecessary spending and ensures that our teams have access to the tools they need.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle.ai provides deeper insights into our license usage, enabling us to identify
underutilized licenses. The ability to downgrade licenses through intuitive license
harvesting workflows ensures we only pay for what we need. The AI metadata
extraction feature also allows us to effortlessly gather essential details like start and end dates. We can track all licenses in one centralized platform, receive automatic renewal
alerts, and avoid the chaos of last-minute expirations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially took some time to understand the detailed license insights, but the user-friendly
dashboard made navigating it much easier. So, there isn’t much to dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudEagle.ai has made license management much easier for us. The platform
provides insights into license usage, helping us identify underutilized licenses that we
can downgrade or reallocate. This saves us money and improves our efficiency,
smoothing the whole process. Also, when we used to rely on manual tracking for our
many SaaS licenses, which often led to missed renewals and compliance issues. Now,
with automated tracking and timely renewal alerts, we stay compliant and avoid costly
interruptions.

They have very effective and reliable infrastructure that manage vendors data and provide complete solution for vendor management.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of services and their approach of client subscription management gives very effective and optimistic solution for us. They really have best and user friendly integration option to integrate all software at one dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is good and I don't have any issues yet with their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, their integration help a lot in Vendor management and we are using their asset management for our spend management to track our expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
We have many SaaS licenses from various vendors. We managed them with spreadsheets. Without a licensing management platform, renewals were confusing and we missed deadlines. Then CloudEagle changed everything. The automated tracking system monitors our licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to get good at using license harvesting tools to move SaaS licenses from old workers to new ones, but it was a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudEagle makes managing licenses easier. Automatically keeps track of everything and makes better use of licenses. Easy reassignment of rights that aren't being used. We can focus on other jobs and work faster because the dashboard is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
we were shocked to find that our company had "shadow it." some users used their favorite apps without telling it. without full awareness, we couldn't handle this.

we were able to keep track of app use and spending with cloudeagle. the tools that aren't needed could be optimized and our app stack could be streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tools have worked fine. an improvement could be giving more detailed information about how the team app is used and how much money is spent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we track app use in a different way with cloudeagle. the tool helps keep costs down. we didn't know how to spend money before, but now we can spot apps that cost a lot and save money. we keep shadow it in check and make apps better by using user data and full saas app visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate cloudeagle's help in managing our saas ecosystem, automating the onboarding and offboarding processes, and offering security and compliance services like access control and compliance to stop security breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
i thought the mobile app should be a little faster, especially when i need to change some settings while i'm out and about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cloudeagle has cut down on the work i need to do and has made our it processes better and safer.

simplifies the process of managing licenses.
reminds about renewals and makes sure that dates are met on time.
helps identify unnecessary expenditures by renewing unutilized licenses.

One problem I could see is that it takes a while to sync data when managing bulk licenses on different systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Its utilization tracking is really helpful as it focusses on tool-specific stats such as credits for ZoomInfo, envelopes for DocuSign, and recordings for Zoom instead of just license management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's initial setup is time taking and difficult as you'll need to integrate all your apps with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in maintaining SaaS utilization and license management by providing detailed, tool specific usage stats. It can also automate license assignment and revocation based on access matrix rules.
