Optimize Your SaaS Application Usage with CloudEagle

What do you like best about the product?
With CloudEagle, I no longer have to individually log into each application - everything is accessible from one centralized platform. Their onboarding process is smooth and easy to follow, and I was able to get up to speed quickly with the help of their user-friendly interface. The platform also provides comprehensive training materials, which helped me understand the full capabilities of the tools available.
What impressed me the most, however, was how CloudEagle has made offboarding just as simple as onboarding. When a team member leaves, their access to all relevant applications is automatically removed, reducing the risk of data breaches and security issues.
The detailed insights provided by CloudEagle's application optimization tools have been particularly helpful. By analyzing usage patterns, the platform is able to suggest which applications are underutilized and which ones we may be able to reduce or eliminate entirely. This has allowed us to optimize our usage and reduce costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noticed some cool features were stacked under the same window. A healthy request to the team to add those features in the side bar or main menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who has recently onboarded on CloudEagle, I can say that the platform is solving several problems for our team. One of the biggest benefits is that CloudEagle is helping us to optimize our usage of SaaS applications and reduce our costs. By providing detailed insights into our application usage patterns, the platform is able to suggest which applications are underutilized, and which ones we may be able to reduce or eliminate entirely. This has allowed us to make more informed decisions about which applications to use and has saved us a significant amount of money.
Another problem that CloudEagle is solving for us is streamlining our SaaS application management processes. With their user-friendly interface, centralized platform, and comprehensive training materials, the onboarding process was smooth and easy to follow. I no longer have to log into each application individually, and the offboarding process is just as seamless, reducing the risk of security issues when team members leave.
Overall, CloudEagle is benefiting our team by providing us with a more efficient and effective way to manage our SaaS applications. By optimizing our usage and reducing costs, we are able to make the most of the applications we have, while ensuring that we are using the most effective tools for our business.

Easiest way to create Procurement workflows

What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle’s procurement workflows are very easy to use and save a lot of my time. I can create custom workflows for my team depending on the SaaS purchase we are making. This really an important feature for my use case
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no problem. I like the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had to track everything manually, but thanks to cloudeagle, we can now simply create a workflow and receive renewal reminders with their slack integration, as well as the contract value and potential savings on negotiations.

What do you like best about the product?
Many internal departments had subscribed to duplicate SaaS offerings and then moved onto other services without canceling the old subscription.
Some of these unused subscriptions added to our burgeoning costs. Cloudeagle's platform detected these seldom-used applications and alerted us. This helped us in saving costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
CouldEagle currently covers most of the popular apps that are used in the IT industry. My only request is for them to keep adding newer integrations on to their platform. This will significantly help them and their customer base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudEagle helped in detecting unused subscriptions and identified Low-Usage apps. They provide us with a single dashboard where we can view the complete SaaS stack used by our enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle Saved on our SaaS spend big time. It has really helped in the current recessionary environment when we are constantly trying to reduce our unnecessary spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Overall positive experience so far. Hopefully stays that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our spends were too much and with the reducing margin as the market demand started to drop, It became really important for us to reduce these costs. And that’s where CloudEagle came in and found out 50+ apps that we were not using but still buying licenses for, saving us more than $50k within just a week of onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
1) CloudEagle can find all sorts of shadow IT and immediately uncover savings.
2) Responsive team (willing to take requests)
3) The team accommodated all our needs (we like to set things up quickly)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The product works better than expected, and the support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our problem of manually provisioning and deprovisioning employees every time they join or leave the company. Now an automated workflow removes as soon as the employee status is changed

What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle is proactive about renewal negotiations and always has alternative solutions to suggest for more significant cost savings. Their cost savings more than pays for their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
They work within other systems but prefer to live in their own system, which requires the customer to update workflows. This is channeling at small organizations but becomes less of an issue over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudEagle drives down costs of year over year SaaS renewal as well as shows optimization opportunities within the productivity tools their customers need for day to day work.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle helped us discover and categorize the apps and vendors automatically in their appropriate software categories.
It provides a single platform for contract management to view subscriptions and contracts and manage updates. With effective contract management, we get useful insights that lead to smarter vendor negotiations.
We can now prioritize our spending and avoid collecting data on multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good so far. No issues observed.

It discovers new vendors and spending automatically and assists in tracking usage. This has really helped us with cost optimization.
