Great product after initial introduction period
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Took a minute to get the hang of it, but now that I've been using for a while it just works so smoothly I am impressed. It also provides a multitude of options to configure just how you want it, but most default settings just work fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription based licensing stinks. Limited partnerships with storage vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to backup our M365 stuff off of Microsoft's grid in case the worst happens.
