About Piazza Technologies Inc

Piazza was founded in 2009 to help all students get the answers they need when they need them. It was born out of our founder's own experience of being one of three female engineering students surrounded by men, and feeling isolated in her classes. We've since grown to over 1,000 schools, with close to 600,000 students spending an average of 2-3 hours per night engaged on Piazza. It's completely free, and driven by professors directly signing up for the service.
