About DocMind Analytics

DocMind Analytics is specialized on data analysis in the field of infectious diseases and microbiology. Our primary objective is to make bio-analytical pipelines available to all researchers, also such with no computer science background. We provide services for the analysis of (multi-) omics data, including genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics. We furthermore offer advanced biostatistical services for revealing relationships between metadata like clinical parameters and omics data, e.g. for biomarker identification, including machine learning algorithms and models.
