By leveraging GenAI, the solution can identify answers to over 100 predefined questions involved in decision-making on a CLO investment opportunity. The answers undergo a review by domain experts prior to being made accessible to managers. At the core of the GenAI solution are Large Language Models (LLMs) that are trained on datasets closely curated by Provectus’ domain experts and that include various financial and legal documents required for accurate CLO review and analysis. The CLO Surveyor AI solution brings agility and flexibility, efficiency and scalability to the processing of CLO documents, making it easy for portfolio managers to review, analyze, and compare terms and conditions across different deals.

The Insurance Underwriting Solution is a decision platform designed to process large volumes of complex structured and unstructured documents, including inspection reports, risk assessments, contracts, agreements, deeds, financial statements, credit reports, and more. The solution will automate the distillation process by extracting and summarizing information critical to underwriter decision-making based on the client’s use case. For instance, when processing engineering reports to insure an oil refinery, it can customize, extract, and summarize: facility information, positive and negative points, and KPIs — to help decide whether to extend a policy or not. The solution is developed using AWS’ technology stack and available foundation models, which are choosen based on requirements for cost, flexibility, scalability, and the quality of outputs.
