Ability Network of Delaware’s one of the State Use Program is Temporary Employment Services and provides work opportunities for persons with disabilities. • Ability Network of Delaware currently has a Temporary Employment Request form link in their website under this page http://abilitynetworkde.org/state-use-programs/temporary-employment-services/ • The Job request form itself is hosted by a third-party provider • Need to redesign the current form using modern web stack controls and host it in a cloud environment using serverless computing • Need to build a simple database authentication for this application for the admin users to manage any administration activities • Need to build an email notification once the employment request form is submitted • Ability Network of Delaware’s Temporary Employment Administrator will assign the job request submitted to one of the 3 sub-contracting firms to fulfill • The sub-contracting firms should have access to this portal to update the onboarding candidate details for each job request
