AWS Service Ready Program

Validate and promote your software products that work with AWS services

What is the AWS Service Ready Program?

The AWS Service Ready Program is an AWS Specialization Program designed to validate software products built by AWS Partners that work with specific AWS services. These software products are technically validated by AWS Partner Solution Architects for their sound architecture and adherence to AWS best practices, and market adoption including customer successes.

Attaining an AWS Service Ready Specialization helps AWS Partners promote their software products globally. Through this AWS Specialization, you can demonstrate to your customer that your tools or applications help reduce technology risks.

    RapidSOS & Lacework

RapidSOS connects critical data from devices, applications, and sensors directly to first responders. The company was using incumbent rules-based and open-source security solutions that resulted in a high percentage of false positives. The manual processes that RapidSOS used to gather evidence were also time-intensive and increased compliance and security risk. Working with AWS Partner Lacework, RapidSOS deployed the Lacework PolygraphData Platform to monitor and protect its AWS environment, which replaced many of the company’s disparate tools, unified cloud security capabilities, and provided greater time to value than a collection of open-source tools.

Five Star Call Centers & Local Measure

Five Star Call Centers, a business process outsourcer (BPO), provides inbound technical support and customer service for clients across the United States, Mexico, and Guatemala. With approximately 1,000 agents across multiple locations, the company needed a telephony solution that would improve the agent and end-customer experience. Working with AWS Partner Local Measure brought Five Star Call Centers omnichannel capabilities and provided agents with a single pane of glass to view relevant data and workflows for one of their clients. Implementing Engage for Amazon Connect helped reduce average call handling and management times by 25 percent and opened the door to further modernization for this client.

    Vodafone & EPAM

Vodafone España wanted to build a virtual reality world with content, games, and experiences for its customers to enjoy and to showcase its innovative skills and 5G network. The company engaged AWS Partner EPAM to bring its vision to life. After considering an on-premises solution, Vodafone España and EPAM quickly realized that Amazon Web Services (AWS) would better provide the agility, scalability, and low latency that its virtual world required. The solution uses AWS Cloud Map for cloud resource discovery and for constant monitoring of the health of those resources and AWS Storage Gateway to link hybrid cloud storage services and on-premises systems.

    Climate X & DoiT

Before it could launch its Spectra platform to help organizations assess location-specific climate risks, Climate X needed to update its cloud architecture to support the data-intensive needs of the large and growing number of customers the company expected. Amazon Web Services (AWS) recommended that it work with AWS Partner DoiT International, which conducted an AWS Well-Architected review of the company’s infrastructure and worked with Climate X to rebuild for greater availability and scalability.
