I have an AWS Activate Portfolio Package with an AWS Support Credit for Business-level support. When I signed up, I was charged for the Business Support plan.

To use the AWS Business Support trial that you received as part of your AWS Activate Portfolio Package, perform the following steps:

  1. If you had an AWS Support subscription before you were approved for an AWS Activate Portfolio Package, cancel your support subscription.
  2. Follow the instructions in the welcome email you received from the AWS Activate team.
