Does AWS provide support in languages other than English?

I speak a language other than English—can the AWS Support team speak my preferred language?
AWS Support uses English by default, but also supports other languages in the following circumstances:
- For AWS Enterprise Support customers: If you have an AWS Enterprise Support plan, local Technical Account Managers can also provide support in German, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, French, and Mandarin Chinese. For more information, see AWS Enterprise Support.
- Japanese: For support in Japanese, select Japanese as your preferred language from the drop-down menu at the top of any page in the AWS Management Console. After you do this, new cases opened through the Support Center are routed to the Japanese-speaking support team.
- Mandarin Chinese: Support in Mandarin Chinese is provided only to customers with an AWS (China) account.
Languages other than these are not currently supported.
