I want to know if the AWS Support team can speak in a language other than English.
Resolution
AWS Support is available in the following languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. You can use one of the supported languages as your preferred contact language to access AWS Support.
If you have an AWS Enterprise Support plan, we have Technical Account Managers who can speak and interact with you in these local languages:
- Chinese
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Portuguese
- Spanish
- Thai
- And more
