I speak a language other than English—can the AWS customer service team speak my preferred language?

AWS customer service supports English and Japanese, with English being the default language. Languages other than English and Japanese are not currently supported.

If you'd like support in Japanese, select Japanese as your preferred language from the drop-down menu at the top of any page in the AWS Management Console. After you do this, new cases opened through the Support Center are routed to the Japanese-speaking support team.
