I am unable to complete the captcha when trying to sign in to an existing account or activate a new AWS account, even though I entered the captcha correctly. What can I do?

If you're having trouble completing the captcha, try the following:

  • Use a different internet browser.
  • If you're using a mobile device, try using a desktop browser.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Wait 15 minutes, and then attempt to sign in again.

If you're still having trouble signing in after trying the above strategies, contact AWS Support.
