I can't complete the CAPTCHA when I sign in to an existing account or when I activate a new AWS account.

Resolution

Try the following:

  • Use a different internet browser.
  • If you're using a mobile device, try using a desktop browser instead.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Wait 15 minutes, and then try to sign in again.

If you continue to have trouble signing in after these troubleshooting steps, contact Amazon.com Customer Service.

When you contact Amazon.com Customer Service, inform the representative that you can't pass the Amazon.com security verification prompt that prevents you from accessing your account.
