Why does a line item for the same month of AWS Support show up twice in my billing?

AWS bills are generated for a month on the 1st of the following month, and they are finalized between the 3rd and the 5th of the following month.

Between the 1st and the 5th, your AWS Support charge might be displayed once on your last month’s bill, and once on your current month’s bill. The second line item will disappear from your current month’s bill as soon as your last month’s bill is finalized.
