Has my AWS Educate application been accepted?

When you apply to AWS Educate, you should receive email at the address you used to apply, informing you of the status of your application. The application review process can take up to 48 hours--possibly longer in a small number of cases.

If your application is rejected, the AWS Educate team will email you with more information about why your application was rejected; they might also request additional information to complete the application process.

If you have any questions about the application process, you can contact the AWS Educate team in one of two ways:

  • If you currently have an AWS account, open a case in the AWS Support Center. For Regarding, choose Account and Billing Support, and for Category, choose Educate.
  • If you don't have an AWS account, use the AWS Educate contact form.
