I want to make sure my AWS services and resources are secure, and that only those who need to access particular aspects of my account are granted that access. How can I best manage access to my account?

AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) enables you to securely control access to AWS services and resources for users of your account. Using IAM, you can create and manage AWS users and groups, and allow and deny access for those groups to particular AWS resources and service APIs.

For more information on granting least-privilege access to your billing information, see Controlling Access.
