I heard that Amazon Chime offers a free trial, and I want to use it to see if Amazon Chime meets my needs. How do I get started?

Amazon Chime is free to try for 30 days, so you can experiment with the features available in the Pro plan. To begin using Amazon Chime, download the desktop or mobile app and create an account.

Note: If you intend to use Amazon Chime as a member of an organization, (for example, for your company) be sure to use an email address associated with your organization.

If you haven't been invited to an Amazon Chime account or added to an enterprise account created by your company within 30 days, your account's license is moved to the Basic plan, which is free for as long as you use it.

If you're creating and managing Amazon Chime for an organization, sign in to your AWS account (or, if you don't have one already, create a new AWS account) and access the Amazon Chime console. For more information, see Amazon Chime app setup.

To learn more about the features of Amazon Chime, see the Help Center, how-to videos, online self-paced training, and user documentation.
