I'm trying to open a new AWS account, but when I reach the phone verification step, I don't receive a call from AWS. What should I do?

Verify the following:

  • You've entered your telephone number correctly, including your country code and telephone extension, if you have one.
  • If you're using a mobile phone, be sure that you have enough signal to make and receive calls.

AWS Support can help you manually verify your phone number. Sign in to your AWS account, and then create a case with AWS Support. In your case information, provide a time, date, and contact number where you can be reached. You can create a case with AWS Support even if your account isn't yet activated.
