I want to make sure that particular users of my account are able to view and / or edit my resource groups—how do I do that?

To view and modify information related to a resource group, users must have permissions to view both the resource group itself and each service that is tagged in the resource group. For example, if a user has permissions to view a particular resource group, but not to view the EC2 resources on an account, that user can’t view information related to that resource group’s EC2 resources, or may not be able to view the group at all.

For information about how to define an IAM policy that allows particular users to view and modify resource groups, see Using AWS Managed Policies for Resource Groups and Tag Editor. For general information about AWS account permissions, see Permissions and Policies.
