One of my AWS payments wasn’t processed successfully. How do I retry the payment?

You can retry most payments yourself through the AWS Billing and Cost Management console. On the Payment History pane, choose Pay Now next to the payment you want to retry.

If the payment you want to retry doesn’t have Pay Now next to it, contact AWS Support and ask them to retry the payment for you. For example, Reserved Instance upfront payments can’t be retried through the Billing and Cost Management console, but AWS Support can retry them for you.
