How can I make sure that I'm billed the proper amount of tax related to my usage in an organization's consolidated bill?

Because tax is calculated separately for each account in an organization, and then added together and billed to the master account, each account in an organization must manage its own tax exemptions in order for the master account to pay the proper amount of tax.
