Com o Amazon Lex e Amazon SageMaker, a Ryanair construiu um chatbot que melhora a experiência do cliente, além de ajudar a responder as dúvidas de forma fácil e rápida.

A Ryanair é a maior empresa aérea da Europa, transportando mais de 150 milhões de passageiros por ano, para mais de 200 destinos, em 2.400 voos por dia. A empresa trabalhou com a parceira da AWS Partner Network, a Cation Consulting, para fornecer sua solução.
