amazon eventbridge integration

Amazon EventBridge Events Archive on AWS

Archive events from Amazon EventBridge partner event sources

This Quick Start integrates EventBridge event sources with Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). It provides a way for an EventBridge event bus to trigger a rule that evaluates all the events that flow from the event source. Records of events from the Kinesis Data Firehose delivery stream are then delivered to an Amazon S3 bucket.

You can use this integration for any scenario that transforms and delivers data via Kinesis Data Firehose.

  •  Deploy this EventBridge integration
  • Step 1                  Sign into your AWS account. If you don't have one, sign up at https://aws.amazon.com. Getting an account automatically signs you up for EventBridge and other AWS services.
Step 2           Configure your EventBridge partner event source and note the event source name (e.g., aws.partner/example.com/1234567890/test-event-source). Before proceeding, ensure that your event source is listed as Pending.
Step 3 Deploy the integration. Launch the AWS CloudFormation template. The deployment takes about 5 minutes to complete. EventBridge integrations are supported in all AWS Regions except the AWS GovCloud (US) Regions.
