amazon eventbridge integration

PLAID KARTE S3 on AWS

Save KARTE user data to Amazon S3 in near-real time

This Quick Start integration combines Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose, and Amazon EventBridge from Amazon Web Services (AWS) with PLAID KARTE, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product.

This integration sends KARTE events to Amazon S3 through the KARTE administration page. KARTE events can contain various metadata, such as user ID, visited pages, purchase amounts, campaigns users participate in, and data defined by KARTE users.

You can use the data stored in Amazon S3 to improve your system's flexibility and visibility. By changing the data destination in Kinesis Data Firehose, you can deliver KARTE data not only to S3 but also to other services, such as Amazon Redshift, Amazon OpenSearch Service (successor to Amazon Elasticsearch Service), and SaaS providers, such as Datadog and MongoDB Atlas.

  •  Deploy this EventBridge integration
  •  Deploy this EventBridge integration
  • Step 1                  Sign in to your AWS account. If you don't have an account, sign up at https://aws.amazon.com. An account automatically signs you up for Amazon EventBridge and other AWS services.
Step 2           Set up an event source for your KARTE partner, and note the event source name (e.g., aws.partner/karte.io/{AWSAccountID}/{KARTEProjectID}/{AppName}). Before you proceed, ensure that your event is listed as Pending.
Step 3 Deploy the integration. Launch the AWS CloudFormation template. The deployment takes about 5 minutes to complete. EventBridge integrations are supported in all AWS Regions.

Amazon may share user-deployment information with the AWS Partner that collaborated with AWS on the Quick Start.

You are responsible for the costs of AWS services and partner integrations used while running this integration.
