The data management experience in the AWS Amplify Admin UI is now generally available with new capabilities for seed data generation, data sorting, and data filtering. Launched at re:Invent 2020, the Amplify Admin UI is an externally hosted console for frontend teams to visually create an app backend and manage the app content and users.
The data management experience gives developers a visual browser to access and manipulate data. New GA capabilities allow developers to generate seed data for their app with a single click, and easily sort and filter data. Additionally, content or marketing ops teams can easily access and update the app data without relying on developers to make code changes. Content teams can now update marketing content such as headlines and FAQs dynamically, and e-commerce ops teams can keep product inventories up-to-date without requiring developers to build a custom admin dashboard.
Amplify content management is fully hosted and available in 12 AWS Regions: US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Canada (Central), EU (Frankfurt), EU (Ireland), EU (London).
