How do I set up an email redirecting rule in WorkMail?

I want to create a rule in Amazon WorkMail that redirects my received email messages to another email address. How can I do this?
You can create a rule in your mailbox that redirects emails that match specific conditions to the intended party in its original written state. Replies to the redirected email go directly to the original sender.

Note: Email rules don't work for recipients in Bcc.
