How do I grant Full Access permissions to another user in WorkMail?

Resolution

You can grant permissions to users to allow access to a shared mailbox without sharing access credentials. The Full Access permission allows for full read and write access to the mailbox. You can also grant Send As or Send on Behalf permissions.

Note: The Full Access mailbox permission can only be granted to other available users. The Send As or Send on Behalf permissions can be granted to both users and groups.

After permissions are granted, the user can access the shared mailbox using the WorkMail web application.
