Vodafone Germany Uses AWS and Amdocs to Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences
Vodafone Group, a worldwide operating telecommunications company, is reimagining the customer experience by broadening its offerings.
According to Ralf Hellebrand, programme director of technology at Vodafone Germany, its customers expect more combined services, delivered seamlessly. "In order to do that, we need to utilize technology to bundle these services, evolve them in the market, and provide a seamless experience," says Hellebrand.
To automate the process, Vodafone Germany turned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amdocs, an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, to free its workforce from repetitive work. "We are getting our people focused on creating more value for the customer," says Hellebrand.
