The following troubleshooting tips may help resolve this issue:

• Confirm that the cancellation link has not expired. The link in the verification email is valid for 7 days after you received the verification request.
• Ensure that you followed the correct cancellation link. If you copied and pasted the link from the verification email into a browser, make sure that you didn't change, add, or remove any characters. You must go to the exact address in the verification email
