Delhivery Uses AWS Enterprise Support to Optimize Its Nationwide Logistics Operations

Vinay Mishra, DevOps Engineering manager at Delhivery, shares how India's largest logistics provider leverages AWS Enterprise Support to optimize cloud operations. Since 2011, Delhivery has fulfilled over 3.2 billion orders across more than 18,700 pincodes through 24 automated sort centers, 94 gateways, and 2,880 delivery centers.

Working closely with the technical account manager (TAM), Delhivery achieved continuous cost savings through optimization workshops. Delhivery fortified its security posture by implementing three international security control frameworks and improved operational efficiency across its nationwide network through this close collaboration.

Partnership with the AWS Enterprise Support team provided Delhivery with cost optimization of 15 percent year-over-year, 18 percent reduction in mean time to resolution (MTTR), robust security, and continuous innovation. This collaboration ensures operational excellence while delivering reliable services nationwide.
