innogy is the leading natural gas provider in the Czech Republic. It’s also an innovator, delivering clean mobility solutions and cutting-edge energy services that help customers live more sustainably. To do this it needs a modern infrastructure. Having migrated from its on-premises environment to Amazon Web Services (AWS), the organization has greater flexibility in application development. Its developers can access tools to create new experiences for customers—such as chatbot functionality to boost call center operations—and explore other AI use cases. Here, IT infrastructure senior manager Petr Bohac talks about the benefit of a secure, modern cloud environment for innogy and its customers.
