Investing in People

After a migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Pearson needed to upskill its developers on cloud technology. To fill the gaps in skills, the company worked with AWS Skills Guild to develop an in-house learning and cloud training program. Learning2Work, which launched in 2021, helped build cloud fluency across the organization by providing employees with a structured framework to learn and apply new knowledge. Since launching, Pearson has seen increased performance, cost optimizations, and expanded career growth opportunities.
