The startup is the first and only online insurance service provider using video solutions for car inspection and claim reporting in Thailand. Roojai builds on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and uses Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) cloud storage to optimize contact center productivity while delivering high quality customer support.
