Softcat will assist you with selecting the right backup solution for your business, including performing the total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, planning the implementation, procuring the software, and delivering the project.
The Design and Implementation for Druva Data Protection Solutions consulting engagement incorporates a number of workshops. At the start of the engagement, Softcat will investigate your current workload and work with you to outline the backup requirements you need to fulfill. Once those parameters are understood, Softcat will design a proposed architecture to support the agreed requirements. At this point, consultants will supply a TCO model for the recommended architecture and demonstrate the functionality and effectiveness of the solution proposal.
Once you and Softcat consultants have agreed upon the design, Softcat will test the proposed solution. After testing is complete, Softcat will deploy and configure the solution in your account and support the go-live process for your Druva backup configuration.
All of these activities are completely customizable according to the level of support you need.
