SAP Solutions Supported on AWS
The majority of SAP solutions that can run on traditional on-premises infrastructure are fully supported by SAP to run in production on AWS. For additional information about the SAP solutions supported on AWS, see SAP Note #1656099.
SAP on AWS Support Prerequisites
There are a few specific requirements customers must follow when running SAP systems on AWS to ensure full support from both AWS and SAP. Details of these requirements can be found in SAP Note #1656250 and AWS Premium Support FAQs.
Amazon EC2 Instance Types for SAP
SAP systems deployed on AWS that will require support from SAP Support must be run on an Amazon EC2 instance type that has been certified with SAP. To learn more, see Amazon EC2 Instance Types for SAP.
