Deploying and Scaling Applications with Amazon Lightsail

In this training, you will learn about the benefits of Amazon Lightsail, best practices for deploying your application onto Lightsail preconfigured blueprints, and how to use snapshots and load balancers to scale applications. You then learn when and how to migrate from Amazon Lightsail to other AWS services.

AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Second Edition)

AWS Security Fundamentals (Second Edition)

In this self-paced course, you will learn fundamental AWS cloud security concepts, including AWS access control, data encryption methods, and how network access to your AWS infrastructure can be secured. We will address your security responsibility in the AWS Cloud and the different security-oriented services available.

AWS DeepRacer: Driven by Reinforcement Learning

This course is designed to give you hands-on experience with reinforcement learning (RL) by helping you build, train and deploy models in AWS DeepRacer so you can compete in the official AWS DeepRacer League.

AWS Shared Responsibility Model

Fundamental | 5 minutes

This course is an introduction to the AWS Shared Responsibility Model. AWS and the customer share responsibility for security and compliance, and this course helps clarify the division of those responsibilities. From the physical components of your stack all the way up to user data, we define what you are responsible for in terms of securing your application, and what AWS is responsible for.

AWS Well-Architected Training

The Well-Architected Framework enables you to make informed decisions about your architecture in a cloud-native way, and to understand the impact of design decisions that are made. By using the Well-Architected Framework, you will understand the risks in your architecture and learn ways to mitigate them.


Getting Started with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)

Intermediate | 35 minutes

This intermediate self-paced course introduces you to Amazon S3 and provides you with the knowledge to determine when to use Amazon S3 by reviewing typical use cases and understanding how the service provides object storage for your applications. You explore the basics of Amazon S3 including buckets, objects, and storage classes. It also explains how you are charged for Amazon S3 storage and how to view your billing.

This course shows you the fundamentals of building IT infrastructure on the AWS platform. You learn how to optimize the AWS Cloud by understanding AWS services and how they fit into cloud-based solutions. You explore best practices and design patterns to help you architect optimal IT solutions on AWS, then build and explore a variety of infrastructures through guided, hands-on activity.

AWS Technical Essentials introduces you to AWS products, services, and common solutions. It provides you with fundamentals to become more proficient in identifying AWS services so that you can make informed decisions about IT solutions based on your business requirements and get started working on AWS.

Learn how to use the AWS SDK to develop secure and scalable cloud applications. Explore how to interact with AWS using code and also learn about key concepts, best practices, and troubleshooting tips. 

Advanced Architecting on AWS

Building on concepts introduced in Architecting on AWS, this course covers how to build complex solutions which incorporate data services, governance, and security on AWS.  

Migrating to AWS

Migrating to AWS focuses on planning and migrating existing workloads to the AWS Cloud. The course covers various cloud migration strategies with a detailed discussion on each phase of the migration process, including portfolio discovery, application migration planning and design, migration execution, and post-migration validation and application optimization.

This course is designed to teach those in a systems administrator or Development Operations (DevOps) role how to create automatable and repeatable deployments of networks and systems on the AWS platform.
