What do I do if I receive an error when entering the CAPTCHA to sign in to my AWS account?

I can't complete the CAPTCHA when signing in to an existing account or when activating a new AWS account.
Try the following:
- Use a different internet browser.
- If you're using a mobile device, try using a desktop browser instead.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Wait 15 minutes, and then try to sign in again.
If you're still having trouble signing in after trying these troubleshooting steps, contact AWS Support.
