Deliverables

• Migration of servers and databases from on-premise or various cloud providers to AWS, utilizing AWS’ best practices.
• Thorough, cost-efficient database architecture, based on discussion with customer and their complete buy-in. We proceed with the infrastructure created for them on AWS post migration.
• For data migration testing strategy, we verify if the migration of the system (old system/application) to the new system happens with minimal disruption/downtime. We also ensure complete data integrity, and without any loss of data, while making sure that all the functional and non-functional aspects of the application work as specified.

Steps of Project Delivery

1. Project discussion call with the customer and stakeholders to understand key requirements for the migration project.
2. AWS certified experts from 10Pearls then determine the cost, architecture and duration for the migration project.
3. Project closure is achieved when the stakeholder signs off agreement that the integration testing has been completed for the migrated application. This testing can be performed on behalf of the customer by 10Pearls’ inhouse team of certified Senior Test Engineers.
4. Post migration, 10Pearls offers 24/7 support via blue team which monitors the infrastructure 24/7/365.

Project Execution and Updates

Communication is key to any project’s success. Our certified engineers and consultants work on the project keeping the customer updated about the progress on daily and weekly basis. Our engineers and the QA team perform end-to-end integration testing of the migrated system to ensure the system works smoothly before handoff to the customer.
