Overview

Support

Connected is supported via Mission Labs’ dedicated support portal (support.missionlabs.co.uk), which is available Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 excluding public holidays. Enhanced 24/7 support is also available at additional cost. Mission Labs support helpdesk provides triage, diagnosis, and resolution support for any incidents and problems related to our clients’ Amazon Connect and SmartAgent contact centres and is accessed via a dedicated login to our helpdesk portal. Full support team onboarding will be provided as part of the Connected deployment. Mission Labs also implements proactive monitoring for each client instance, ensuring that capacity and performance is continually monitored, and enabling the automation of remedial actions where required.
