Phase 1: Assess Your Readiness

The process begins with a workshop readiness assessment to evaluate organizations’ on-prem solutions and inventory, followed by a 4–6-week detailed assessment against the six pillars of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework: business, people, governance, platform, security, and operations.

Adastra will work with your organization to create a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model containing a personalized cost-savings analysis to create business justification for the migration.

Beyond the assessment phase, your cloud journey continues by iterating through Phase 2 and Phase 3.

Phase 2: Mobilize Your Resources

Phase 2 helps organizations build a plan to address and fix the gaps identified in phase 1 to ensure cloud migration readiness.

Phase 3: Migrate and Modernize Your Workloads

In the final Migrate and Modernize phase, Adastra will follow the implementation plan and roadmap created following the assessment to deploy the large-scale migration to AWS.

At each phase, Adastra can leverage AWS MAP funding to help facilitate organizations in their migration journeys.
