What do you like best about the product?
The web console and its interface and also reporting of machine and integration with the third-party tool and automatic updation of agents and its way to create policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uninstallation of the agents in machines and not adding SHA value in the web console to allow or block as per the requirements and also sometimes anti-malware patterns are showing offline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In trend, micro-hybrid cloud solution security is a common problem is anti-malware engines are showing offline and its very tough to rectify the issue by the rebooting the server.

What do you dislike about the product?
pricing of Trend Micro Hybrid Cloud Security can be relatively high compared to other similar solutions in the market. This may make it less accessible for smaller organizations or those with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hybrid cloud environments present unique security challenges, as they involve multiple platforms, locations, and data types. These challenges can include data breaches, malware attacks, configuration errors, and compliance violations, among others.

What do you like best about the product?
Trendmicro provides the ability to understand the risks in our environment and quick response. Thus giving us the confidence to take time off.
What do you dislike about the product?
That all the systems don't integrate today, and that access control isn't as fine grain as it needs to be. We have groups that shouldn't be able to see each other's data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping identify our threaten and respond quickly to new attack vectors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a lot more stable than on-premise solutions, and a lot less overhead to maintain. It is also less resource intensive, meaning that agent-based security is better tailored to its workloads, which results in increased workload stability (i.e. servers don't get CPU pegged at 100%). OS support is also much better compared with on-premise solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
The management interface is still at times clunky. For example, logs for each event type need to be reviewed with separate filters. It would be nice to be abl to see C2 callback events, IPS events, spyware events, and malware events all on a single page rather than having to filter logs 4-5 different ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for defense in depth, specifically antivirus software on servers. I am also excited about its expanded cloud capabilities, such as File Storage Security and Container Security.

Single pain of glass to secure workloads wherever they live - on-prem, AWS, Azure, etc

Authentication/Authorization within the different Trend Products - CloudApp Security, VisionOne, CloudOne

Helps me sleep at night :) Protecting all workloads with a partner that listens and we trust.

What do you like best about the product?
Good Threat detection signatures for newly emerging threats

Sometimes there is an issue with the old signatures, which leads to false positive alerts

I like identifying misconfigurations in exposed cloud resources and the clear explanations and recommendations from the tools.

Some solutions have many alerts, making it hard to prioritize the most critical vulnerabilities to address first.

Trend Micro Hybrid Cloud Security is helping us spot the vulnerabilities in assets exposed to the Internet and bad practices in coding web applications.
