What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX replaced our Altigen system and we absolutely love it. We are (were from what I can tell) a bronze partner, going for Silver, and with 5 deployments in the pipeline, when we were suddenly and without warning, banned from the forums, and our bronze partnership removed along with all systems in our partner login. Including onces that we have sold and deployed along withour own. Again, this came without warning or causality.

According to this forum post or Reddit, Nick, the CEO, controls bans and such, and we are not the only ones that have experienced this. This started when my co worker, and main admin for our phone systems asked a question on the 3CX forum, he got a notification that he was banned for "Spam". I could still log on to the forums and our partnership was still intact. Then when logging on this morning, I had to agree to terms of service for the forums again, fine, I get those get updated. But the partnership is now gone, and all systems have dissapeared, again, without warning or causality.

Referenced in the post on reddit was to post a review on here, G2, so here I am, trying to get some help through a review.

Let me be very clear, I LOVE THIS SYSTEM!! Its awesome, very easy to deploy and maintain, great user interface, but as far as the pettyness of this ban...... I am not sure how to feel about that. Again, I have 5 deploymens in the pipeline, but after this issue, its very tempting to go in a different direction, i dont want to, but if this is the kind of service when you ask a question about support, then its not worth sticking around.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about 3CX is how simple to set up and use across multiple devices seamlessly allows you to take a call in your office or on the go without inconveniences or sacrificing audio quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will improve how other contacts of your organization are displayed on the web app to simplify the process of searching for a coworker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of calling people out of my country in a simple and easy way without any quality compromise.

Easy to install and you can connect with foreigners doest matter where are you, it also installable on windows and phone.

with 3cx only you can call, but can not text they should add features to text

Easy to Use Calling Software

What do you like best about the product?
We get all the data from the screen like who is available to pick calls. Also we can use intercom, transfer calls and use video calls
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app provided does the job but there is a lot of room for improvement in the app UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a software product company and our team needs to be on call for sales, support and operations functions. 3cx is a simple to use software through which we can keep track of call records. We can also answer the calls via app .

I was excited to start playing around with AWS and my first project was to build a call center. 3CX took away its support for Amazon Chime. I was able to inbound calling to work, but not outbound calling.

What do you like best about the product?
The call quality and record of previous calls and timings is great. Also Manager can listen recording dusring or after calls also and easy to transfer a call to colleagues is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime 3cx network is down like it shows destination busy or not connected. But it fixes very fast also
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3cx provides another number to call customers so we don't have to ise our personal numbers and it is very professional. Senior can listen to our call recording is great feature so that they can give any feedback. The record of call time and duration is perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very good as a solution to collaborate with colleagues and easy to use. It acts as a replacement for a physical phone on a mobile or PC.

I have no complaints about the software.

Having a physical phone cuttings costs on purchasing physical devices.
