The visibility, integration and orchestation is the turnkey on Trend Micro Vision One
What do you like best about the product?
Personally i consider that Trend Micro Vision One have a lot of functionalities that we can access easily, let us to have a lot of posibilities to view and monitoring the ciber risk and the surface attack.
Another thing that i like very much about Vision One is that is always refreshing and updating funcitonalities accopling technologies to the enterprise enviroment. Ive seen the importante of use in the enterprise, because the administrator permant access to the platform to monitoring and see the risk information.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be interresting that Trend Micro Vision One, have te ability to see other endpoint, mail sensors besides its own sensors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that is solving is about the visibility and the automation of cibersecurity incidents. In ocassions is important to give this control to the cibesecurity tools. A really big benefit about Vision One is the capacity to correlate the information about some feeds, this let us to have one point and unique control and risk insights.

A unified XDR Solution trend micro vision one
What do you like best about the product?
So far trend micro vision One's implementation was the smooth and hassle free. Trend micro's customer's support was communicative and responsive anytime i faced any issues pre and post deployment. i have been frequently using this product like wise i am supposed to provide demo to the customers along side showing them all the features it provids. It integration with different SIEM and SOAR solution including all the major OEM's
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my usage it becomes a mess while understanding due to various tabs and same information on 2 or more tabs. it confuses a user to look out for important information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend micro Vision one solution provided me visiblity and IOC/IOA acorss my network and endpoints which helped me and my security team to act upon the responses in timly and effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Vision One provides us with complete visibility of our organization, helps us understand our level of risk and what factors we can improve. The possibility of integrating with other solutions helps us to have a more accurate and real risk index.
Another important factor is the correlation of events when investigating a security incident, which gives us valuable information.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting could be more specific, for example we cannot have a report with all the vulnerabilities of our assets, it can only be obtained in a csv and that makes it difficult for us to deliver the results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, the ability to manage everything from a single console is an important factor in decision making.
Trend Micro is the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
The XDR is amazing. The advanced statistics with everything inside of it is really why we love using it. On top of everything, the software is consistently updated and Trend Micro is always looking to add amazing features. My favorite is the new AI/ChatGPT feature that's built within the software so I can ask any type of question for specific incidents within our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike about the product at all. Everything really works well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us provide in depth analytics for incidents within our endpoints and servers that allow us to pinpoint the exact root of any issue that occurs.
Best in class and a true business worry free solution
What do you like best about the product?
The increased visibilty that Trend Vision One offers moreso for IoT devices that can be a serious blindspot and further more the ease of use that it offers. The ease of intergration with my existinf SaaS offerings during the implementation made it such a breeze.

Not necessarilty dislike but would which they consider having a SIEM & SOAR so as to make the product perfect

Real time threat detection and increased efficiency through incident management and its data collection and integration that offers unified analytics.

Not able to make custom rules.
Along with Vuln discovery there should be a one click option to also update or patch the affected program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging with opensource method such as ELK with an enterpise level visiblity is quite difficult. Having every endpoint logs help threat hunting 100x faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It easily corelates all logs coming from different Trend Micro Products and also from 3rd party tools. It gives us a holictic view of all the detections with all the related MITRE details related.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's high classifications of alert criticality, tends to give us a high risk index which is very alarming especially when presenting to the bosses. We cannot also modify and solve acount impersonation issues on the paltform which can help us mnimize the risk index.

Lateral Movements, Account Impersonations, Vulnerabilities, Maliscious activities and many more cyber sevurity issues
Ease of handling and responding to incidents
What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that facilitates my day-to-day work, showing vulnerabilities, risks, evidence and quick dealings with problems in my environment. The simple and visual detailing makes us learn faster with the tool and that it helps us on a daily basis by intelligently handling incidents, and most of the time the user doesn't even notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the platform in several languages, mainly Portuguese (BR), as some people find it difficult because of the language, but otherwise, the platform is simple and well organized for each type of Menu added there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can analyze vulnerabilities across my network, even if I don't have a Trend Micro agent in that environment, but the telemetry and AI help me work more effectively and accurately when handling incidents.
Easy to Use and better understandble visibility of risk insights.
What do you like best about the product?
Certralized visiblity and sigle sign-on. it has the advanced technology to protect from ransomware attacks and other cyber attacks, immediate resoponse.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the endpoint isolation mail conforamtion we will not get the affected device details whith in the same mail.
